- Listings found to be misleading, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable laws will be removed without notice
- JainVyapar reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at its sole discretion
- Business listings are subject to admin review before being made publicly visible
Membership Plans and Payments
- Access to certain features requires the purchase of a membership plan
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law
- Membership plans are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase
- JainVyapar reserves the right to modify plan pricing with reasonable prior notice
- Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension of your listing
Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory information
- Impersonate any person, business, or organization
- Use the platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
- Use JainVyapar for any illegal activities or purposes that violate applicable laws
Intellectual Property
All content on JainVyapar, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and software, is the property of Bullon Marketing Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant JainVyapar a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use such content for platform operations.
Disclaimer of Warranties
JainVyapar is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform
- The accuracy or completeness of any business listing
- That the platform will be free from viruses or harmful components
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullon Marketing Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of JainVyapar, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Termination
JainVyapar reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform, users, or third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
